Good morning, internet. I am not in jail for property damage this morning. Whether that is a good thing or a bad thing is yet to be seen

I'm sort of the same! I think you could justify literally any ship based on that movie, and I will always ship Steve/Tony. . .but there's no ship fic that I especially want. I mostly want Steve gen. Or Bruce & Tony doing science.
Yeah! I mean, being that it's a movie about all of these people meeting and spending time together and becoming friends, I can see where all the different ships are coming from, but none of them pinged me. I'm more interested in the family aspect of it than the romantic aspects.
(Everyone is the most surprised. I never like found family narratives.)
Also I seriously want Nick Fury explaining to Steve that segregation is over and that he's his boss.
I mean no lie if Blondie McBlueEyes just got unfrozen from 1945 or w/e that would be tough. And hilarious when handled by Samuel L Jackson (in my head).
I really want the board game fic. Natasha figures it's a nice, low-key activity for Bruce and it will be a more familiar medium for Steve and maybe a quiet night in without Clint and Tony. And Tony's like, "Feh, board games," but he keeps walking through the room and criticizing their strategy and finally sits down to play and is ruthless.
and, idk, Steve's a pretty cool dude and was quick to accept a lady as his CO, so I think he might be surprised, but not too thrown? Maybe more happy that this is now common place? And he worked with Gabe Jones as a Howling Commando. But it's entirely possible that I am just projecting his comics partnership with Sam Wilson onto movieverse Steve!
