I could add some tropes to your list:
Gwen sleeps with every man who so much as looks at her. Gwen is thoughtlessly nosy about or meddlesome in the personal affairs of other TW people. Gwen flagrantly pursues Jack sexually, completely oblivious to, or completely unthreatened by his relationship with Ianto.
Ianto accepts that Jack loves Gwen more with no visible tears (but plenty of inward emo).
Ianto has some kind of matyrdom fetish in a lot of badfic I think.

LOL I did that, only it wasn't Jack's decision, the door wasn't locked and the. Anyway, Ianto came out on top.
