I realized the other day that I never posted any pictures of the Mayfair, where Dan and I stayed the night of the wedding. It is such a beautiful hotel, and I never knew it! It feels like the old Coconut Grove, before all the yuppies moved in. Dan and I spent an hour after check out wandering around the hotel, taking pictures.

Its been a hard week for me. Every time I look outside its either snowing or looking like its going to. Now I even hate the sun, because with snow on the ground, the sun is evil. I got that tense feeling in my neck today that I get shortly before getting a migraine (I get 3 or 4 of those a year). So I popped a couple of Excedrin and laid down to take a nap to stave it off. One of the things I never understood about the north before moving here is the dryness of it. I come from the land of regular 98% humidity; dry air is a novelty.
