I haven't weighed myself in almsot a year. I weighed myself yesterday. I was suprised that I weigh 237 lbs. Last time I weighed myself I was 220 lbs. I think the truck driving lifestyle caused me to gain weight. I measured my belly. My belly is 47 inches around. I wear 36 inch pants, which don't seem tight on me when I suck my belly in.
