So it is December 20th and I still haven't received anything. They said notification by the 20th. So now I am completely depressed because I don't know what it means. So...I still don't know. But before I go away, I just wanted to thank my friends and teachers (not that they are reading this) for being so supportive and dealing with me. So I really do screw everything up. So apparently I never registered for my ACT. I still feel like I did...but there is no record at all...anywhere...so I didn't.
