As I've said before, the cats enjoy the placement of the birdfeeders tremendously.  There is a ledge outside the main picture window.  It is just the length of one brick deep.  The birds like to grab food then fly over to the ledge to eat it.  Today a squirrel did likewise.

Yeah, we really missed out all those years that our only birdfeeder was in the backyard, but the trees out front were too small to hang one on until recently.

Then again, we also missed out on all the birdcrap, but it's soooo worth it to watch the cats.

BTW, I think of you every time I see ANGRY squirrel tail semaphore! I actually know what semaphore is, too! My father and brother were Scouts.

I really need to get a hanger and a birdfeeder...I'd love to get to watch the birdies in my backyard...and heck, even the squirrels. I miss Angry Tail Semaphore.
