Good and timely debate on the mailing lists about the recent end of year VCE examination for my senior IPM students. Did you know that QLD doesn't have any state-wide examinations for senior students? Their system of eduction is still able to select and qualify students for tertiary studies.

Yesterday we had one of the best parent teacher evenings that has been organised. The policy of contacting parents by phone to invite them to the evening and pick up the report for their child is certainly working. I enjoy the chance to meet and talk with the parents.
