A 51 for a 51
The World's Most Wanted Pen, that's how the Parker 51 fountain pen was advertised and it was probably true. This pen was the reward after a job well done so it was a popular retirement gift for model employees. It also made the perfect graduation present. Moore 94-A
This pen arrived this week from Dagupan, Pangasinan. It's a bronze celluloid Moore 94-A which was in production from 1941-46. The pen is a lever filler with a 14k maniflex nib.
Sadly, I won't own this for long because a friend who loves vintage fountain pens with flex nibs is collecting this from me this weekend. I won't even get the chance to ink ( Read more... )
