In the cutest most possible way, while I'm on my laptop on the couch on a Friday night, M turns to me and says "our kids should learn jujitsu next time". Like it's the most matter of fact thing in the world, and it made me smile. We're taking the next big step to being home owners (more on that later) and I am prioritising being healthier. Seasons
In this season of my life I am setting intentions to be calmer, more decisive and to give myself space to pause and reflect.
That and I am also rocking a much shorter hair do, eating a healthier diet and making time to meditate for 10mins every morning.

M surprised me by taking the train down to have ramen together after work and that made me really happy
I am grateful that he does little things like help me moisturise my legs

It's been a challenging week with M flying off for work and me having to go to a specialist to do a minor surgery. However, it's time like these that I realize how lucky I am - having taking simple things like being able to sit and stand for granted, now I appreciate being able to sit and stand without pain and am grateful for the doctor who has ( Read more... )
