In the cutest most possible way, while I'm on my laptop on the couch on a Friday night, M turns to me and says "our kids should learn jujitsu next time". Like it's the most matter of fact thing in the world, and it made me smile. We're taking the next big step to being home owners (more on that later) and I am prioritising being healthier. It's been a challenging week with M flying off for work and me having to go to a specialist to do a minor surgery. When he let me cuddle him in the most akward positions (because well, I just really wanted to be near him) and we spent the night reading on the couch, in his arms. That was really nice. And that he'll come help me massage my aching body (feet too!) just before I go to bed. I love him so much.

I love his kindness. He's one of the most thoughtful guys I know. I mean, seriously, he would even blow air down my neck because I'm perspiring in the hot sun after walking around trying to settle out invitations. I love him very much.

There are some quiet moments where I relish being with M, like the moments before we sleep and we cuddle in bed, or how happy I am when he comes home from work with that silly grin saying 'I'm homeeeee'. I really love him. Very much so. And I am looking forward to our marriage. (Can't believe we're getting married so soon!)

On the 1st of May, he proposed and I said YES!
