In a ziploc bag, mix Italian dressing, honey mustard, and parm cheese. Throw in cleaned chicken, seal, mush around and refrigerate until ready to use. When ready, spray a cooking dish with nonstick spray, place chicken in dish, spoon some of the remaining marinade over chicken, bake at 350 for like 20 mins.
Recipe #2
1/3 c lime juice 3 T cooking oil 1 t dried thyme or basil 1/2 t black pepper 1/4 t salt 2 cloves garlic, minced
Mix together ingredients above into a marinade in a ziploc, add chicken, fridge for 30 mins, drain chicken, save marinade. Sprinkle some lemon pepper over the chicken. Place 4-5" beneath broiler on broiler pan (or cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil). Broil for 5-6 mins, flip chicken, brush more marinade on, and finish broiling another 6-8 mins.
lol risotto and gushers... such a classy and elegant meal. to be fair, the prosecco was actually fairly good and not nearly as gauche as our pre-dinner snack of fruit snacks and 3-buck chuck.
apparently we do! bitch took her liquor VERY seriously! and i want to go to NOLA soooo badly, but butterflies are coming out of my wallet whenever i open it, so it will sadly have to wait.

Oh, also: Mix some greek yogurt with Frank's Red Hot and minced garlic. Put the chicken in a bag with the mixture overnight, then cook as normal.
It's freaking delicious.
(I'm going to be doing this tonight myself, actually...)
