Well, That was just about pointless...
Sometime over the weekend, the HDMI inputs on the TV in our living room decided they didn't want to play anymore: they still register that something's connected, but adamantly refuse to put out a picture or sound. This becomes hilarious when I'm high on Percocet. 0_o -

New Furniture!
So we have everything situated, so I took a few shots to show off my new stuff. But first, here's a reminder of what it looked like before:

Overheard on the phone...
I walked in on someone a little bit ago, they were on speaker phone. This is what I heard:
"who's this?"
-"it's your baby!"
"hah! I WOULD be you daddy, but yo' mamma didn't have change for a nickel!"

My office is in the midst of applying changes to all of our servers. These changes require a reboot. Pretty common, no big deal. We'll push it down, and reboot the systems ( Read more... ) -
Ummm, yum? I think...
So I decided to try something new today, perhaps you've seen it on the shelf in the supermarket: Naked brand "SuperFood". It's a drink. Called food. Weird.
The variety I selected was called "Green Machine". Looking at it, it's a greenish-brown slurry. Morbid curiosity led me to inspect it closer, and I noticed this on the side:
