So our apt managers were doing a random inspection last friday. We didn't think it likely that our place would be chosen. Better safe than sorry. I'm having the most terrible time trying to make new friends. Would help if I left my house sometime and "talked" to anyone.

The only complaints I have about where I am living are right upstairs. I have some pretty annoying neighbors. I can deal with the once a month screaming, the thumping sounds that make me think of a body being dismembered, and the remixes of Spice Girls "music". Had a tiny scare today. Signed the lease, gave over money, and almost died of fright. We finally got everything straitened out for our new apartment. The one we wanted wasn't available.
