A lovely ribeye steak, grilled medium-rare. A glass of Chateau Lafite Rothschild (I'm sure not of the vintage Evgeniy's got in his cellar, but what's one to do). Caviar on little toasts with creme fraische and diced boiled egg, and a shot or two of Zyr.
