Well there you go - it's her fault.

Well if she hadn't gone all Bad Wolf on him, yeah...

But wait does that make it the TARDIS's fault? Cos it seemed to be her idea to possess Rose.

It was Rose's idea to look into the Heart of the TARDIS in order to get what she wanted (ie back to Nine). Don't forget the ship resisted her for some time before letting Rose open up the console.

I would LOL so hard if Fail!Ten really was her fault.

Essentially yes - if Sarah Jane (in School Reunion), Martha, Jack and Donna hadn't been there to stop him, he'd like have gone Power!Mad!Ten all the sooner...

I'm hoping Moffat meant the 'clingy girlfriend' comment. I can forgive him not bringing Martha back if he also doesn't bring Rose back...

RTD's in California...

David's still (mostly) in the UK, though yes, he does have that US pilot for NBC.

I suppose that Ten may have known all along subconsciously that he's not quite right and somehow blamed Rose for it, and that's why he pushed Martha away.

You mean he thought he'd hurt Martha if he let her get too close, because he knew he wasn't quite right?

Yeah, or he's just generally gunshy.

I could forgive him a lot with regards to his behaviour towards Martha if he was doing it out of a desire to protect her. (Not everything mind, but a fair bit...)

Basically, saving Rose's life made the Doctor insane - he's just been hiding it reasonably well for the most part...

LOL! I see what you mean.

I'm just saying it's a theory...

No, I totally get it. If it wasn't for Rose, he would never have sucked up the Vortex energy and regenerated and then gone all nutty.
