I also vote shoulder something or another for the glittery belt. Maybe from shoulder to across the chest to waist or...something lol

that's kinda what I'm thinking. It just seems like it would get lost as a belt (not to mention my fat butt. LOL). I'm going to play around with what works and see what I can come up with.
