I rode Diamond today in a lesson with M.
( I cut this, because I realized halfway thorough that I was dropping into complete horse talk. Skip it if you're not into that sort of thing. Oh, but you might want to click just to see the photo of Diamond. )

Today I
Rode Diamond. I'm not very good a riding a green horse without an instructor. I had a few problems I wasn't able to fix well on my own. Mainly, I wasn't sure how to get her to bend at the trot. All the aids I'm used to weren't working. She just wanted to lean, which doesn't work well with a rider on her back. I know I was doing something ( Read more... )
