New Charting for Goal-Setting and Rewards

We've been rather lucky, we didn't really encounter Terrible 2's nor 3's. But it seems we may have embarked on Friggin' 4's. Many things considered, Jana's pretty good. This sounds like a great idea. Kristin is still a little too young, but I'm going to keep this in my back pocket. She's starting on the tantrums, but right now the "mean looks" and "timeouts" are working.

After some timeouts, I noticed that didn't seem effective for us. I do believe they don't work because she uses the timeouts to recharge herself. Whether she's at school or in public or at home, when she feels overwhelmed, she will retreat to a quiet spot and sit by herself.

I think I'd prefer if we could use timeouts, it is a much simpler system.

We have been experiencing Terrible Twos since about the 15 month mark. Mostly Emily is really good too, though, so we're lucky.
