17. Preferred mode of dress and rituals surrounding dress
I think Lumina mostly keeps it simple, with a kind of 'personal uniform' that consists of tea-length skirts or dresses, structured but comfortable blouses, and sensible shoes (I'm guessing a lot of Threes do this sort of thing, to cut down on having to think too much about appearance--just find what works or makes her comfortable, and go with it). She's a big fan of soft, natural fibers. By her forties, she has to start wearing glasses, and settles all her whimsy there, with a pair of half-moon specs with shiny metallic rims that become her trademark (if she can be said to have one). No make-up (preferred) or at most a 'natural' look (in the Capitol

Hey Lor--I mean, Kawuli! No probs. Lots of people use tea length to mean below the knee but above the ankle, but most typically, it means around mid-calf. They're extremely comfortable to wear because you don't need to worry about accidentally flashing anyone (usually) but you also won't trip on anything.
Yeah, I tend to think any of the early victors who had particularly wild looks had them more due to their own personal inclinations than outside pressures. I think Lumina's sedate-ness is cute ^^
22. Given a blank piece of paper, a pencil, and nothing to do, what would happen?
Hmmmmm... The answer to this one isn't jumping out to me the same way it does for Eib or Wiress. I suspect she'd do something fairly practical, like make a list of groceries or to-dos (presuming she's not allowed to just get up and go back to her lab!). Lumina has a very ordered mind, she doesn't tend to get consumed when she's science-ing. She's big with the meditation and a time to everything, etc.
27. What is their biggest regret?Wow, OK, this is a huge one for Lumina, due to her ambivalence about being a victor. Her parents were leaders in a non-violent resistance movement that shared the goals of the other Dark Days rebels but condemned their methods. She was raised to believe in a pacifist philosophy (and really, is still pulled toward those ideas), but when it came time to make a 'statement' in the arena, she had an instinctual reaction separate from logical, reasoned beliefs. It took a lot of time out of the arena for her to reconcile herself to her own capacity for violence (and the job was never really quite done, tbh). For years, she continued to oppose any further rebellion; though this was mostly about practical applications (it seemed likely that the cost of war would be so high that they would risk annihilating themselves completely) she could never completely square the circle regarding the necessity of force and her fear of losing herself in violence (which she associates with irrationality and madness). Which is

Yes, I think Lumina would probably get along well with him. :)
In my head, Lumina and Mags have quite a bit in common, and apart from their biggest divide (the rebellion), exert a similar influence on the people around them (peacemaking, healing, uniting).
5. Cleanliness habits (personal, workspace, etc.)Lumina is fairly neat, but not obsessive. Growing up in the Dark Days and their immediate aftermath, she was materially deprived and so treated every thing she owned with care. She learned to neatly and almost invisibly mend her clothes, kept books/computers away from anything that could damage them, and not having very much meant that nothing got left jumbled or under piles of detritus. Those habits were quite ingrained by the time she was reaped, and she kept them up after material comfort was no longer an issue

11. Intellectual pursuits?Lumina was studying genetic engineering and biology before she was reaped. She kept up her research after her arena, especially work on difficult medical-related issues that she hoped would make up for being a part of the Games machine

24. Is there one subject of study that they excel at? Or do they even care about intellectual pursuits at all?
Lumina's principal area of study was genetic engineering and biotech. She especially wanted to focus on healing applications, but of course the Capitol wants ways to turn off people's free will and other scary sh!t. :/ She mostly got to work on her own projects in the years after her win, but things get more complicated after Snow comes to power, particularly when Eibhlin's popularity makes her more vulnerable to exploitation than Beetee (who's amazeballs, but fortunately less 'appealing').

(Between this and the religiousness, I'm imagining Mags being all "My dad would probably really like you...")
