I was getting sick of being narsistic and staring at myself so I changed the background pic of my layout. It's now the lovely Pauley Perrette (aka Abby Sciuto from NCIS).

I'm having fun here in Statesville so far. We have so much goodies to eat that we've got and christmas is in a few days; we're having a fried turkey, something I've never had. Today was a very cold day here, I don't think it got out of the 40's (which is cold for here). I haven't written in a while b/c I've been consumed w/school work. Since I don't have any finals to take, I have been working on my various projects and papers in the past few weeks so that I wouldn't go completely crazy. Well, tomorrow afternoon I finally get a flu shot. The county health department had some left so I was able to make an appointment to go and get one. I probably have disappointed my homeboy Duane however b/c I don't have to wrestle any elderly women for one, oh well.

So this morning I went to the urologist finally for an update to the kidney stone thing. I still have them even though they don't show up on the X-rays since they are tiny, but I did give them the stone I passed so they could figure out what kind of a stone it is.
