upcoming 5k races

Tomorrow morning I am in running in my first 5K race for the year: The Frost or Fog. It will actually be neither frosty nor foggy, though we've had plenty of that around here the past few weeks. It warmed up today and tomorrow it will be partly cloudy and 61F/16C.

More races planned for 2011 (so far):

• Feb. 12 -- Habitat Home Run, benefiting Habitat

I might brave Amtrak's ridiculous schedule (2am departure!) for SPN con weekend.

NO WAI! Cool! Like I said, there is a petty good chance that we won't have to pay for hotels. We have a bunch of time until then, but we'll see. There are Silver tickets available right now at $419. We can also do the cheap seats when they come available. I don't have seats yet but I do have the Misha tickets. So far, it's just Jensen, Jared and Misha. Mark Sheppard is at the LA con and Richard Speight Jr at the SF one. Fingers crossed that both come up to Vancouver!
As for the gang, I believe you met them when we went to Starbucks across the street from the Hilton. They are members of the Vancouver SG group and really nice people.
