I found out yesterday the school district has cut everyone's pay salary, including my stipend. I'll be out around $200 less than I originally planed on

Your poor finger! Yes, contusions hurt a lot. Don't think a healing prayer would have done the trick.. ;) Too bad that they didn't have ice, as cooling the finger as quickly as possible would have been best. Hope it gets better soon! *hugs*

Thanks. It is a tiny bit sore still, particularly if I bump it against something. The healing prayer was appreciated but I'm afraid I would make a horrible Christian scientist. They believe that pain and a whole host of other things are illusions. o_O Really nice people though.

Thanks! My finger is getting better, slowly but surely. I still have to be careful not bump it against anything.
