I keep forgetting to update/finish the Dress Diary update for the Italian 1410 dress that I was working on for our trip to Northshield. I had a mishap with mine the night before we left -- I spilled coke all over the fabric while I was sewing. The dry cleaner says it's not possible to get it out. Grrr. The box is great -- jen's gamurra is perfect, well done, and the hat is lovely and silly ;-) the vest is charming, doesn't fit her now, too long, but we'll hold it. I haven't tried on my chemise but the two for her fit.

Throughout the neighborhood, the sweet sound of garbage trucks rolling is underscoring sprinklers, birds, and the peacocks down the street.
