My boss thinks I'm doing a great job and is happy with me.  My bosses always like me, to be all conceited about it :). Sometimes I agree that I'm doing well and taking it all quite seriously and giving it my best.  Like now, pretty much.  Other times I'm not sure completely where they're coming from, but as long as they're always thinking it!

Ugh, I hated those conversations, too -- sex, and relationships, and feeling like the only person in the world who had nothing "real" to contribute. I've usually stuck to crypticness when it comes to my dating/sex experience too. Now I typically am willing to say something about having little experience. Still usually in a flippant sort of way I don't delve further into.

Yeah, I guess it's good to notice for myself that I look good, but it feels almost useless when someone else isn't attracted to me for it.

Dealing with the young co-workers sounds super annoying - my sympathies!

That being said, I think many people would be jealous of the awesome types of jobs you get to enjoy and all of the outdoors/travel you get to experience - I know I am!

Yup, it is all perspective, I know.

I'm just jealous of them for their dating experience and ability to delve into it, over and over and have that history.
