Bailey!!!!! I am in love!!!! Talk about beautiful! It's funny, because I always thought all macaws look the same, but I can instantly tell a difference between Bailey and my Hercules. Just a random thing I noticed, although I should have figured, right?
Your flock is absolutely gorgeous. Love Dusty and all the budgies too! You take such amazing pictures, I am very jealous. You really seem to capture their personalities in each photo, and the quaker scritches pictures are just precious.
There really is a night and day difference with Jordie, I'm so glad that he's found someone like you who understands him and will give him the life he deserves. I'll bet he thinks he's in heaven!

When I first met my dusky conure Kappa, she was still housed with her sibling. It was very obvious to me after just one visit with them both that Kappa's chest had the light green end at a different spot than her sibling, and the bottom of the gray on Kappa's head as tinged with tan while her sibling's was tinged with blue. Even the people who worked at the bird store had a bit of a hard time telling them apart, they had clipped their wings differently so they could be sure!
It's amazing how quickly it happens, isnt it? I remember the night that I got Herc I was looking or pictures of b&g's and I could already tell that they weren't him. But just a few days before, I was looking through pictures and they all looked the same.
I think it helps if you really likes the species involved. :)
