You only need to read as much of the information as you feel you need to apply. And, of course, please check to make sure the character you are applying for is not reserved/taken already.
Please note that each section is set up on a need-to-know basis to prevent overwhelming information. Click on what you need/want to know. Keep in mind most of this information isn't necessary to be known in order to play in AT (it's just here for when you have a question, etc. to hopefully help you out) or apply.
The Extras is completely optional information, but helpful for storyline and creating your own plots and interactions in game without the need of information from a moderator.
