How can so few people speak french? I've never met so many ill educated people in my life. I mean it's hardly mandarin is it? It's the same bloody alphabet.

A month! I was asleep for a whole bleeding month! Merlin's beard I hate this place. It's constantly messing with your head.

Actually I'm rather enjoying these clothes. I might keep a few when this is all over. I suppose when I finally go back, I can go to London or Birmingham, or wherever the Patil twins shop for these things and pick up a few of my own.

So have they all stopped?

I ventured out once yesterday and had my shirt torn off by these screaming harpies. I've been holed up in the potions lab ever since.

I'm pretty sure vampires don't cause this much havoc on my own world. I mean, really aside from a few like Rita Skeeter most people accept them in magic society. At least as beings. It's actually illegal to kill them, some people do and I suppose they go to Azkaban for it ( Read more... )
