There's a big difference between apologizing and worshiping, but a little flattery can make a big difference. [She chuckles a bit.] Yes, it is, but there are also many similarities.

[She pauses, wording her answer carefully.] Not on a regular basis, no. I have encountered them much more often than most, though.

It isn't that, my lady. I've only just arrived and find this whole situation disquieting. I am not sure what a person will do with the knowledge that I have stood in the presence of deities, or why it is that they ask.

I haven't much interest in them, and the opposite seems to be true. [which was one of the reasons why she didn't get involved in all that nonsense with the myriad of gods on the mountain -- just not her thing] But I have witnessed them in action.
