Tonight was a blast...Luci, Lauren, and I went and worked out only to come back to the apartment and eat, eat, and eat some barbeque. Oh yeah! Jalepeno kisses, sausage, and ranch burgers. Well isn't this just brilliant. I cancel plans this weekend so I can spend time with my cousin and now she can't even come visit. And so here I am stuck by myself in my apartment on a Friday night!

This past Saturday night me, Luci, Brittany, and Laura went to see The Rocky Horror Picture Show at the River Oaks theater with a live cast acting in front of the movie and everything. Luci and I both have Strep Throat :( I can't seem to figure out what happened to my insurance card and thus I cannot go to the doctor. You should see our apartment! I woke up this morning just fine...not wanting to get out of bed, but nothing unusual. Then halfway through class my nose gets stuffy and my throat starts to feel really sore. On my way back to my car I couldn't stop coughing and I still can't. Of course with all the coughing I have developed a headache. This sucks ( Read more... )

Okay so I finally got to see Brokeback Mountain. We had to drive all the way into Houston to see it. It was very very worth it! This little itty bitty theater was in River Oaks and it only plays indie movies. It was small but a beautiful little place.
