Breast cancer
I've just learned that my aunt Huang Yu-Mei passed away Tuesday morning. She was diagnosed with breast cancer last May. She didn't want to take chemical therapy, and instead opted for some Chinese herb medicine treatment that didn't work out ( Read more... ) -
the result
After increasing my calorie intake by about 70% for a month (counting from Thanksgiving), I made it to 53.5kg by the time I went back to Taipei (no I don't know how much I weighted beforehand). After staying in Tapiei for about 10 days, I got up to 54.5kg.
On an unrelated note, I really hate the quarter system.
