You know what makes me feel stupidly happy and loved? My roommate and my boyfriend visiting me at work, bearing sandwiches from Salumi. Granted, I kind of asked them to, but still...they did! Today is John’s last day at work. That bums me out. Been a busy week...

Monday- Baked 3 batches of cookies for the parent appreciation dinner at work. 1 batch chocolate chips, 1 batch white chocolate chips, 1 batch butterscotch chips. So John told me this morning he’s leaving taking off for Alaska on August 1st. That’s been his thing, getting out and being all self-sufficient in the wilderness. He longs to do that as I long to go to grad school in London. -This weekend we had a Game Night hosted at our place. So many people were invited (a portion of which were Raye’s co-workers who didn’t end up showing up after all) so we figured we had to feed a lot of people with not a lot of money. I bartended at the theatre all three days this weekend so I was pretty busy. Luckily the houses have been better and I made some tips.
