The Schmee: Gala Schmala ran and closed. My play was well received, got good laughs. Dani, Raye, Astro and one of the Deans at my work went to go see the show. Been a busy week...

Monday- Baked 3 batches of cookies for the parent appreciation dinner at work. 1 batch chocolate chips, 1 batch white chocolate chips, 1 batch butterscotch chips. Took about 4 hours, it’s a good thing I had the forethought to buy a second cookie sheet or it would’ve taken me forever. Never had to bake for 50 people before, so ( Read more... )

           So Friday night was Beth, from Tablet’s, 40th birthday party in the grotto at the Rendezvous. There was to be drinks and food and a reunion performance of her & Cari’s band Vandimonium (sp?). I had a jolly good time. I got to see Sarah, Cari, Beth, Cheryl, Dan & Amy, Karla. Over the weekend a collection of Tablet peeps went to the penninsula for a little gettogether. I drank a bit too much and didn't feel too hot on Sunday but at least there was no throwing up off the balchony! My favorite part was the shit talking and the joking around on teh beach. Dr. Tung fucking rocks! We had our presentations for our papers at his house over beer and bbq. Even in the thunderstorm the man barbiques sausages and gardenburgers for his students.
