The procedure wasn't nearly as horrible as we were prepared for - they had to aspirate some bone marrow and then take a "core sample" of both bone and marrow...  I know that *sounds* super nasty, but she said it really didn't hurt much, considering...  hurray for lidocaine ( Read more... )
