Just got back in today from visiting my brother in Ohio. He had some stuff to do on Saturday, so I headed to Sugoicon, an anime convention being held in the area. It had a pretty good turnout, I have to say -- had a tough time finding a parking spot at times, and the lot was fairly sizeable! Just a short update here, but I wanted to say that I've been reading some cyberpunk fiction, namely two books by William Gibson, Neuromancer and Count Zero. Both were written in the mid-80's. Think Bladerunner, and the whole Matrix trilogy. Heck, Gibson actually wrote Johnny Mnemonic, which I have yet to see but which apparently at least touches ( Read more... )
