A quiet humming increased slightly as someone passed over the floorboards. Tinkerbell was walking by, her golden glow added to the light from the room. She seemed to be carrying something in her arms, which she stopped to adjust for a moment. Suddenly the fairy froze entirely, as if she could sense someone watching her...but then she carried on her way, past Timon's hiding spot and out of view.

Timon narrowed his eyes, having taken note of the others presence. For a moment it looked as though they had spotted him too but then they continued on their way. He tried to follow the light they had been carrying, possibly a lamp, but quickly lost sight of it. They must have turned it off or left the room. The meerkat frowned, feeling discouraged. Well, that had gotten him nowhere. Or had it ( ... )

Out of nowhere, a vivid blue eye peered through the crack in the floorboards before the board itself with thrown out of the way. Tinkerbell poked her head down into the tunnel, nose to nose with Timon as she grabbed hold of his ear. "Stop spying on me, you creepy --!" She stopped for a moment, blinking as her glow lit the interior of the tunnel and she could fully see just who the intruder was.

"What...Timon?" Bewildered, she got out of his space, back up into the room above. As she peered down at him from the open floor, her wings flitted briefly. "How did you even get in there?"

The meerkat instantly drew back, shouting in surprise at the pixies sudden appearance. Unfortunately, it would by no means compare the cry that followed. Having his ear both pulled and shouted in had Timon screaming loud enough for the entire neighbourhood to hear. It was, of course, his doing. Mostly for trying to pull away where as if he had remained calm he’d have only had someone yelling in his ear. Once Tinkerbell released her hold he fell back down onto the tunnels floor, luckily landing and his rump opposed to his face for once.

Timon rubbed his ear, cringing before peering back up the perpetrator. “T-Tinkerbell?” He continued to rub his ear, another groan given before he spoke. “Wha...? Whoa, wait a minute! Me? What about you? What was that all about? Are you this rough with all your company? Sheesh.” What was it with everyone trying to kill him lately?

She cringed as he tumbled back, having the grace to look at least a little guilty as he rubbed his ear. She floated back into the tunnel, reaching out her hand to his ear as she spoke, the golden glow intensifying for a moment as she healed the small damage she'd done. "Ugh, I'm sorry...I just knew someone was down here and it was really creeping me out. Only bad guys skulk around like that!"

Tink frowned up at him, withdrawing her hand. "I had no idea there were tunnels under here. How long has this been here?"
