Character(s): Ziva David, Open to All
Content: Ziva wakes back up in a hospital in a strange city. Definite WTF moment.
Setting: St. Destino's Hospital and surrounding area.
Time: Afternoon, Week 13
Warnings: Ziva; possible violent flashbacks; SPOILERS

( Ziva opened her eyes and saw the bland white ceiling. )

Urd took little time to fly to St. Destino's. After briefly conversing with the new arrival over the network, she decided not to waste any time leaving Ziva to her own devices. She didn't seem the helpless sort, but she was injured. She just couldn't leave a human injured in a strange new place. Humans were fragile.

Descending until her shoes touched the ground, Urd pulled herself short, spotting someone hunched down the road. Was that her? The thought just occurred to her that maybe this was an elaborate trap. Floating a few inches off the road, she silently glided towards the figure.

Ziva sighed in relief when she got the reply from the other person. She'd stopped for a moment, to rest and figure out what the contraption she had been given actually did, and managed to post something on the city's network. After getting a response, although she wanted to wait, Ziva continued moving, trying to keep herself from getting too comfortable in a strange city.

While what the woman had told her was strange, she hoped that she would show up soon. The feeling that she should have stayed put in the hospital nagged at her, and she was almost ready to turn back... even if something had felt off about the place. She soon found a bench, and took a seat, still examining her surroundings, and trying to piece things together.

"Ziva?" Urd called, touching down to the ground again. It was obvious there was no real threat here. She'd been feeling paranoid, questioning everything and it was affecting her judgment. Time to actually do some good.

"I'm Urd. You talked to me on the network. Can you tell me where you're injured?"

Ziva opened her eyes when she heard the voice, looking over to see the woman standing there. She took a deep breath, taking a moment to access her injuries mentally before speaking.

"To be truthful, everywhere. I awoke here from being in a prison." And that's all she said to the other woman. She didn't trust easily.

Giving a non-commital hum in response, Urd moved closer, kneeling to look up into Ziva's face. If she cared about the remark regarding a prison, she didn't show it on her face. Instead, she lifted a hand to slowly brush Ziva's hair from her face, to better assess the damage. "You don't remember how you got hurt? The more information you could give me, the better I can heal you."

She smiled reassuringly.
