She had to fight the urge to flinch away when she saw the hand coming towards her face, an immediate reaction at this point. Ziva sat silent for a moment, debating whether to tell this person she had just met about what had happened during that period of time.

"I was violently interrogated. That is all I would like to like to say about it at this point."

"Fair enough," she replied, the neutral, impassive smile on her face remaining. Urd leaned back, out of Ziva's personal space and held out a hand, palm facing out. "I'm going to heal your wounds now. Don't be alarmed, okay?" She suspected that such a task would be easier said than done for the human, wound tight and close-lipped as she was. In point of fact, she fully expected her to be quite alarmed at the display of Urd's power, but...not much to do for it now.

A gentle, warm glow emanated from Urd's hand and Ziva's body was bathed in it momentarily. Bruises and cuts, minor or otherwise, healed quickly, supernaturally so. She lowered her hand and stood up from her crouching position, crossing her arms loosely under her chest. "How do you feel now?"

Urg, sorry for such a late reply... 4letters4ninja December 20 2009, 00:53:34 UTC
Even though Urd had warned her about what she was going to do, Ziva still jumped slightly when the light appeared. She hid it as well as she could, but magic wasn't something she was used to dealing with, considering she didn't even think it was possible.

After the other woman stood up, Ziva flexed her hand and her arm, realizing that they weren't in pain anymore.

"Much better. Thank you."
