Something I don't often hear discussed is Anakin/Padme's friendship in The Phantom Menace. We know they fell in love in The Attack of the Clone Wars, but I think their friendship, however short, from TPM is forgotten. Something that Anakin/Padme fans often complain about how the family scenes where Anakin and Padme go to the Naberries were deleted from AOTC. And to be honest, so am I. In the AOTC novelization, Anakin thinks about how much he likes her family, and Anakin gets along pretty well with the Naberries in both the movie and novelization. It's such a ( Read more... )
