The guide mentioned that there's caves up there. I guess there was some old Malnosso base, too.

Well, the base wasn't mentioned in the guide. But I guess it was something people saw when they really started exploring the mountains. I remember it being talked about over the journals. [But he's been in Luceti sporadically, so he couldn't say when for certain.]

There are a network of caves, pathways...and some wildlife. I have traveled through the mountains a few times. Are you seeking anything specific about it?

Not really, I just wanted to know more about it. I didn't get to go everywhere yet, just mostly the village and the lakes.

Oh, I understand. It can be quite a bit colder in the mountains, though, so if you do travel in that direction, you should bundle up.

I read that. [He pauses as he thinks. He'd been wary about the possibility of going to the desert because he was really unfamiliar with it. That's never stopped him from going places before, but he knew better than to walk around unknown places unprepared.]

I've never been in a desert before. Is it hard to go there?
