I got back about an hour ago and am knackered - got to bed sometime after 1:30am, only slept lightly, and then whoever was next door at the hotel didn't turn off their bloody alarm for about a minute at 7am, so I ended up rising (but certainly not shining) an hour earlier than intended! Booked my ticket for the FotR-with-live-soundtrack performance on 23rd February! Both this performance and the one on the following day are almost totally sold out, and they added another one on 29th March but I don't know if Howard Shore will be present there too - probably not, I'd guess. This is the main reason why I was so silent this weekend. :D It was a great albeit very long day. You have to admire these elderly gentlemen, for still having enough energy for doing such shows, particularly Mick Jagger who's hardly ever standing still. Gogol Bordello will be at the Open Air St. Gallen!!! Don't know most other bands scheduled for the Saturday - Swiss band Lovebugs is quite good and Korn could have some good stuff, don't really need to see Fettes Brot. And the rest I don't know.
