Yes, apparently Kristin from E!Online said that the police are keeping an eye on them - for whatever reason. I totally expected this from Daniel - he's just that kind of person.

Gosh! Are those his words or his publicist's I wonder. He sounds almost as though he might commit hara-kiri in his remorse - a bit weird and scary. Whatever the reason, he has made a very honourable stand and has gone up heaps in my estimation.

Having "known" him for something like 8 years now, I can tell you it sounds very much like Daniel's own words, and I very much expected him to do something like this. The fact that he's such a great guy and decent person is a big part of why I'm such a fan of his.

He's a very brave man too then because just how many actors would make a statement like this? Elijah may be but I can't really think of any others. I am impressed with his ability to be open and honest and not fear the reaction.
