Daniel posted an apology on his myspace, just like I knew he would:

To be honest whether he apologizes or not it does not stop what he did. His actions were those of a complete idiot and I can NEVER have any sympathy for anyone who acts in that way - no matter how much they aologize after the event.

Oh I agree that what Daniel did was very stupid - and yes, potentially dangerous to him and others - but I respect that he owns up to it.
