Guess who's going to sing at Carnegie Hall!
(Well, me and about 149 other singers from the four choruses at my school.)
I still can't really believe it's happening! (In fact, I'm still kind of half-afraid that posting this will make it not happen.)

As long as my voice teacher and I were trading emails about his spring schedule, would it have killed him to let me know that he'd switched me from my old slot to 1 p.m. on Wednesdays? It was sheer accident that I found out in time, when I double-checked the schedule.

So, for the past year, I was the one to initiate whatever (very rare) contact took place between me and this guy I used to go with, because he was always too busy on Second Life. And any time I called, he sounded as if he couldn't wait to get off the phone and back to Second Life ( Read more... ) -

I'd been promising myself that I'd make it to this year's Day of Insects at the botanical garden, because I missed the one last year.
