Today was a beaa~tiful day.

And it made me feel a bit better about living in Japan. Something about a nice, bright, warm sunny day to lift my spirits.
I went to Starbucks and studied Japanese for a little bit since I have my tutor tomorrow so I at least accomplished a little bit of something. And then it was too nice of a day out so I grabbed my roommate and we went to KFC for ( Read more... )

hey - this may sound strange, but your moods may actually be caused in part by the less than healthy food - try going for more fresh veggies/fruits and more toward the raw and/or lower carb foods - it should help with the moods and your energy levels will likely go up too

and good for you on the plan to get into a gym or yoga classes - exercise definitely improves my moods (endorphis FTW)

You are absolutely right, of course! I really do need to eat better so I've been trying to make myself salads (full of either romaine lettuce or cabbage) to take to work and maybe a couple of rice balls.

And I definitely want to start yoga next month! Yesss! I will do this!!
