Woke up early today and decided to go to a "Somachi" yoga class which seemed to be some sort of ashtanga-vinyasana-flow class that just kicked my ass!! I had my second yoga class (hatha this time instead of yin yang, which I am somewhat indifferent to) and I left feeling exuberant to then slowly crash and burn while at work.
