Here is a brief preview of my latest project - a Venetian courtesan dress. I found THE fabric about two weeks ago, and more than affordable. A store called KID had a sale on curtains, and two metres costed 90 NOK, which is app. $13. It drives me nuts to not be able to start on a Venetian courtesan dress. I've looked everywhere in the county I live in for a suitable fabric, but they're all plain wrong. Few or none has symmetrical pattern, and none has had a nice colour (expecially not green). Are there any suggestions for web sites I should look into concerning "courtesan ( Read more... )
