White rice and ramen noodles is garbage. Pure sugar.

Now, if you eat BROWN rice, whole grains; including bulgur, kamut, oats groats, wheat berries, etc... THEN you get protein and essential oils and other vitamins that are healthy for your body. :)

Man, I am dedicated to staying fit, but you are nuts! :D

But Marie, I'm Chinese! I'm used to eating rice everyday! ::wails::

The next month is going to be a fitness grind! Hooyah! Bootcamp only lasts for 4 weeks, and I test for my next Krav level in 4 weeks, so after mid-May my workout schedule will taper off.

Hopefully, it will have dried out by then and I can start hiking again.

But that is the white rice. Eat the one that is not refined and processed. Go back to your ancient roots! LOL. Eat the one that has the HUSKS still on it.
