A couple of hundred years ago the majority of people in North Carolina (and plenty of other states) thought slavery was the right thing to do. That didn't make it Constitutional.

They can pass as many of these laws as they want. It's discrimination. Eventually it will be overturned. Hopefully sooner rather than later.
