The way goalposts move in situations like this is staggering. If there's no evidence, There Should Be Evidence. If there are no wounds, why aren't there any? If there are wounds, can we prove beyond a doubt that they came from violence? Intentional violence? From this person? Can we be sure she didn't do it to herself, or pay someone else to hit her so she could trap him? Why aren't there witnesses? If there is one, why isn't it someone who's a perfect neutral third party? It goes on and on.
