I certainly sympathize with actors not wanting fans to bother them on their down time, but I think there's a way to say that without coming off so patronizing. The fan took the photo because she didn't want to bother him. (And it's rich because there's a comment from another fan on the Instagram pic saying he turned her down at another concert.)
And that press release is hilarious. Making people watch an ad so they can see your one-sentence answer to a question is even more hilarious.
